A Honda radio code is a unique number that is used to unlock your Honda car radio. It is usually printed on a sticker that is attached to the back of the radio, but it can also be found in your car’s owner’s manual.
How to find the Honda radio serial

To find your Honda serial number, you will need to remove the radio using radio release keys.
Press the keys into place with pressure, then the unit will free from the dashboard.
Once the radio is removed you will need to locate the label, this is on the top or side of the casing.
Finding Honda serial on screen
If your radio is newer than 2001, then you can get the serial from the screen.
- Ensure the radio turn ON
- Simultaneously hold buttons 1 and 6
- Copy the serial displayed on the screen. Example: 22001020, U1200 L2300

Finding Accord 2003 – 2007 navi serial
The navigation serial is placed on a sticker on the control unit, there where the removal DVD is stored. Sometimes, you can find the navigation code and serial number on the anti-theft card or sticker placed in the glove box.
- Ensure the radio is turned OFF
- Press and hold the top halves of the SEEK/SKIP and CH/DISC bars, and then press and release the PWR/VOL knob.
- Copy the serial number.
- Example: U2300 L0020 (split into two screens).
- Use this serial to lookup your security code.

- Turn the ignition to ON.
- Turn on the audio device.
- It should read “COde.” If it does not, pull the backup fuse for a minute and try again.
- Then turn off the device.
- Press and hold radio presets 1 and 6.
- Turn on the device while holding the presets.
- The code screens should then appear.
